Today from 3-6pm the monthly seminar of the Film-Philosophy research group (ASCA) will be hosted in BuzzHouse. In this seminar, the philosophical and film- and media theoretical dimensions of contemporary audio-visual culture are explored, both in artistic and popular forms of expression. Close readings of primary texts, and in depth analyses of media objects, introduced by a member of the seminar or by a (international) guest speaker will provide the basis of our discussions and reflections.
