Creative staff, students and alumni meet, connect, learn, and create at BuzzHouse

BuzzHouse is a physical space and creative community where staff, students and alumni of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Amsterdam are able to gain experience in ‘doing’ media, i.e. the praxis of media productions and events.

At the crossroads of theoretical and practical media studies, staff, students and alumni who are, or want to be, creators and explorers in media and event production can meet, connect, learn and co-create at BuzzHouse.

At BuzzHouse you can for example attend a seminar and talk by a seasoned media professional, join a workshop or training to improve your practical media skills or create and present your own media production or event.

You can find as in the Humanities Venture Lab at OMHP (Oudemanhuispoort 4-6), in the heart of UvA’s Humanities campus. Once you are at the entrance of HVL, you’ll need to go to first floor, where we will warmly welcome you to our inspiring BuzzHouse!
