I acknowledge that SD cards are not provided for cameras and sound recorders, and that their batteries may not be charged from the previous use. I am therefore responsible for testing all equipment before production.

I agree to keep all equipment loaned from MediaMakers in good condition. If I incur any damage to the equipment whilst it is in my care then I will inform the MediaMakers team at mediamakers.uva@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
